About Outlaw

Built in Wyoming. Run by Wyoming.

Two decades of janitorial and facility supply work inside the plants, mines, refineries, and offices of southwest Wyoming.

Outlaw Industrial was founded in 2002 by Kristi and Scott MaGee, longtime Kemmerer locals who built the business from the ground up.

For more than two decades, Outlaw has provided janitorial programs and facility supplies to power plants, mines, refineries, government facilities, and commercial businesses throughout southwest Wyoming.

In 2026, ownership transitioned to Will and Paige Barker, longtime Evanston locals committed to building on what came before.

The experienced team and customer relationships remain at the center of Outlaw. The next chapter brings new investment in the systems, services, and capabilities needed to serve more facilities across southwest Wyoming.

Today, more than 30 team members represent Outlaw inside customer facilities throughout the region. Many have been with the company for years. They understand the responsibility that comes with working inside someone else's operation.

We're proud of where the company came from.
And we're building for where it goes next.

The Code of the West

A practical standard.

The Code of the West isn't decoration around here.

It's a straightforward way to describe how we believe work should be handled: take responsibility, communicate clearly, and do what you said you would do.

Take pride in your work.

Show up. Do good work. Stand behind it. The job is the proof.

Finish what you start.

A walkthrough is a promise. A bid is a promise. A contract is a promise. We deliver what we said we would.

Talk less. Say more.

Plain dealing over salesmanship. Specific answers over vague claims. If we can do it, we'll tell you. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.

Ride for the brand.

Every person wearing the Outlaw name represents the company inside someone else's facility. We hire and lead accordingly.

Ready to talk?

Tell us about your facility.

Most long-term partnerships start with a walkthrough. Show us the facility. Tell us what you're responsible for, what's working, what isn't, and what you expect from your service provider.

We'll take it from there.
